Diversified Properties purchased a former state-owned psychiatric hospital in the Town Poughkeepsie. The property spans over 150 acres of prime land located on the Route 9 commercial corridor. In a complex transaction involving several local and state programs, Diversified Properties obtained entitlements to include over 750 units of multifamily housing and 350,000 square feet of retail and other commercial uses throughout the master planned community.
